What we are after:
To appoint an Account Manager with exceptional client rapport to manage, maintain and grow a designated group of clients.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and a variety of creative briefs
- Servicing incoming leads and ensuring a high level of customer service
- Connect with and establish relationships with prospective clients
- Foster key relationships long-term
About you:
- Have a minimum 2 years’ b2b sales/AM experience, preferably in the merchandise/promotional product industry
- Strong relationships builder – you are at home managing and growing clients
- Motivated, energetic and enjoy working in an autonomous environment where you can thrive
- Possess strong time management skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Great organisational skills
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment
- And of course, the eye and passion for good design
