No piece of merch looks the same, as each brief is specific to the client’s branding.
And it’s not just our unique design process that sets our merch apart – the quality of our branded promotional products is second to none. We feature two eco-friendly ranges – Wonderbag and Eco-Tote – that are created with RPET, which is a material made from recycled plastic waste. Yes, however this quantity varies between products. You will find all of our minimum quantities listed on our Merch Menu along with incremental unit pricing. Please keep in mind that minimum quantities are in place to allow us to provide you with economical pricing based on set up costs.

If you have a request for a custom promotional product that is outside of our core range, you are welcome to provide us with further information regarding the product and desired quantity and our team will do our best to provide a solution.

Absolutely. Merchgirls can get super creative with your brand. Our first step is to obtain a brief from you, here we learn more about your business and direction for the promotional merch. Based on this meeting we can offer two options - one being a full Creative Service where our designers take over and look after all elements of design to achieve your dream product or suite. Alternatively, we can provide templates to your team so you can manage artwork on your side. We should also note that we provide detailed mock-ups of your products for sign off prior to production, that way you are clear on everything you will receive!

Yes, every Merchgirls product can be customised - from a basic logo placement to an all over print with cherries on top. Each product has its own customisation parameters, and this outlined in our Menu specifications per item. We invest time into understanding your goals and making sure each product is a true reflection and extension of your branding.

This is the easy part. Once we have your order confirmation we require your logo (vector version in eps / ai format), along with Brand Assets, Guidelines and Pantone colours.

The delivery time for your order depends on the product/s selected. Our lead-times range from 2-12 weeks. We also provide an express delivery service for a fee if you require the order sooner than the outlined delivery timeframe.
